PaniK offer a responsive and flexible facility for small batch production runs of surface mount and leaded technology. As such, we are specifically geared to providing a fast turnaround manufacturing capability for the low volume production requirements of our clients.  

At PaniK, manufacturing projects are managed by an expert team of people headed by Bob McClung. Bob and his team are dedicated to delivering to the needs of our customers. All manufacturing is professionally project managed and takes place on site at our premises in Bristol.

Our facility includes the following automated equipment.

• Versatronic automated SMT pick and place machine with fast set up times for medium size production batches. These machines feature rapid programming & set up times, making it ideal for fast turnaround jobs. Commonly these machines are used for prototypes and low volume runs as rapid set-up allows for lower initial costs.

• Electrovert infrared conveyor oven

• CIF Batch Oven to re-flow solder paste and for curing adhesives for prototyping

• Essemtec stencil printer
