During 2005, PaniK designed and built a small dimmer device for use in the stage lighting business. The system is designed to be mounted next to the lights which it will control, eliminating the need for multi-core mains cabling which is normally run between the stage lights and a dimmer rack.
The lighting industry uses “DMX” – a digital, high speed data protocol, transmitted over twisted pair. The PaniK Easy Dim decodes this data and generates phase angle control of 4 channels, each rated at 2Kw.
This system has proven to be very successful and PaniK expect to sell many units over the coming years.

Caravan Park Access Management System
With its caravan park partner, PaniK are developing an integrated pre-pay system that controls the delivery of customer utility services and park security.
PaniK have designed a unique and fully integrated system for managing access to amenities and utilities that focuses on an electronic key as its main innovation. The electronic key, together with the fully integrated nature of the system has allowed PaniK to occupy a 'gap in the market' that directly meets the needs of a significant number of caravan parks in the UK and abroad.
The key benefits of using the system are significantly improved financial control as well as preventing unauthorised access to the site and its facilities.
This project is still in its prototype phase.
